Happy couples spend between 5 and 14 hours of undivided attention time together each week. This program is designed to assist you in keeping your marriage in focus and being intentional about deepening your connection. Keep track of your undivided attention time and the number of times you have sex each week. Each of these numbers represent the health of your relationship.

Instructions: Our Weekly Activities take your relationship to the next level by offering fun, engaging challenges that deepen your connection. Please select at least one of our weekly, carefully crafted activities to stimulate emotional, physical, and intellectual intimacy. From conversation starters and love language exercises to exciting date ideas and teamwork tasks, these activities are tailored to strengthen your partnership and bring more joy into your marriage. Dedicate weekly time to explore new ways of showing love, and watch your relationship flourish.

You will use the weekly check-in form to plan your week and check what you completed. This form will track your points weekly to ensure you stay on track to reach your goals.

Each week of the month there is a specific theme that guides the selection of activities. Select an activity you would like to do this and mark it complete when finished.

  • Week 1: Reconnection – This week is all about rebuilding and enhancing emotional intimacy with your spouse. The goal is to prioritize time together and re-establish a deeper connection.

Activity Categories

Here’s a list of activities you select together each week. You can choose as many activities as you would like. You can do the same one or tell your partner which one you want them to do. You can say, “Let’s surprise each other!” However, set reasonable goals and strive to improve each week. Each week, choose activities from each category, allowing you to tailor the activities to your current needs and interests. Each activity is worth 10 points. Set your weekly points goal and keep track of your activity points as a couple. Strive to get at least 50 weekly activity points each week.
